Hi, I'm a relatively new MCM, and I don't have acccess to my CPU this weekend so I can't test myself, but I just had a thought/question. Does anyone know for sure whether nor not Enhanced Deuterium Toss and Enhanced Poison DoTs can stack on top ofthe AdvDeut Toss and Imp Poison, respectively? Thanks.

with the new System you can't have both sets of skillz. It's a down side to the level system, once you learn the higher skill the system disregards the lower skill. You might still have it on your tool bar but every time you press it, you are pressing the highest setting of it.
So in short the answer is no.

What if you use an enhancer first then your base skill after? Has anyone tried this?

ihave always found that the ticks remain teh same 250-320 for me. even if i am able to re apply the DoT. i have not used much on enhancers. but when i did, i gotthe same results.

Enhancers are used instead of the special....not in addition to them.
You either throw the normal fire/poison, or the enhancer...not both.

I wouldnt be surprised if these stack, but it would have to be applied from 2 different people. Last i checked, doc buffs were stacking that way.
