I just came back to the game after being gone a year (dam that stars wars III, fueled my gusto again)
I notice I can only use a stimpack once a min now. I am assuming this was done to allow doctors and combacy medics a rightful place in pvp.
I was thinking of making a Combat Medic. Can someone tell me if they can heal more often during a fight than once per min, and do they do enought damage to hold theirm own soling in PVE.
thanks so much

Yes, MCM's have 4 seperate heals that they can use. Bacta Toss, Bacta Spray, Bacta shot, and Stimpacks(These can only be used on yourself). The timers on the Bacta Toss, spray, and shot are relativly short, so you can just about stack all three one after the other. I personally feel they could be a little bit shorter. Depending on what healing I'm using, and with my +healing efficiency clothes, I can heal between 600 to 825 health per shot. It doesn't seem like much, but it's enough to keep me alive unless I get aggro'd by a large group. (This happens a lot if you use Bacta spray, so be carefull using bacta spray until you figgure out how to use it)
As far as weather they hold their own during PVE, that will depend on the other professions that you have. IMHO a MCM by themself doesen't have enough firepower to take down a MOB. I am also a MCH, and have no problems soloing lvl 82 creatures with this template.
My full template is MCM, MCH, Medic 0440, Marksman 0304 (Would be 0404, but I have one skill point in force stuff)
