Thread: Combat Med XP?? HELP

Forgive me for asking... I have read a few threads on this and i still dont understand fully how the XP works for healers. I know they dont get exp for anything but heals if your a stricktly CM, but my question is if your in a large battle and you have 2 or 3 sets of people fighting different mobs, do you have to heal one from each group to get exp for all 3 Mobs or can you just heal one group and get exp for the other 1 or 2 groups killing seperate mobs... because sometimes there are people hitting mobs in all directions and it seems like it would be impossible to keep up if thats the case.
I have read threads about this before and I am thinking about becomming a MCM but very skeptical as to how hard it would be for me to get exp this way. I have a great fully maxed out template right now that works great but I would like to have more of a support position... hence the interest in CM.
If anyone knows the answer to this please respond

You get xp per creature killed when you heal someone that the mob is attacking. So for example. There are 2 mobs, and 3 people attacking each creature. You could heal one person once(as long as that person needed healing), in each group and get the full healing xp for the two MOB's. You could also heal both groups once (as long as at least 1 person in each group needed healing), and get the full xp for the two MOB's. I hope this makes sense.

Thank you that makes sense... the only question i have left before i start converting is what if they are not in my group will i still get exp for that... oh also is there a way to cycle through friendly targets like there is using the TAB button for enemy targets.
