Thread: Q? about CM SEAs

Are they useful at all?I've acquired some Bio Suppresson Efficiency (at least I think that's what it was called) and was under the impression that it's a CM Tape. Is there any use to this at all atm? I've tried the search forum feature but its broken saying "too many seraches in progeress..etc" Thanks for all the help in advanced.

Improves debuffs from the xx4x line. I dont know if power or just duration is effected...

might improve duration but doubt it

it improves your ability to stick the Debuff in the first place
