does anyone know what this is for? crafting? or just to say "i got diseased for 300 health wounds and all i got was this lousy jar of puke" just curious.

I know one use for it. The Zicx Bug Bomb quest that starts on Rori requires it.

You get sarlacc bile from the sarlacc, go up to it and click on it, I did this by accident trying to throw myself in.

Hello everyone.

I was sightseeing on Tatooine today and I picked up some Sarlacc Bile. Anyone know what this item is used for?

I'm guessing it's just like other biles found in game.

They are replacements for Biological Effect Controller, a sub-component for crafting stim packs.

For example, a normally crafted BEC might have a 'power' of 5 and 'charges' 5 (with little to no experimentation). I've heard of Rancor Bile with 70 charges. This just adds more charges to the stimpack.

Yea... im sure this questions has been asked a dozen times... what does it go into? Poisons, disease...?

Sarlacc bile is used in a quest that starts on Rori (the city is Narmle), it's used in part to create a zix bug bomb (a grenade that anyone can use). So it isn't used in poisons.

Rancor bile is a looted medical component for poison and disease.

Sarlacc bile is for the bug bomb.

I'm guessing that's the source of the confusion.

by the way, i love the idea of rancor bile. looted components in general are a great idea and i think they should have more for every profession, especially components like rancor bile that are inferior in some respects to what can be crafted.
