Combat Medic Archive

I'm going a bit of a hybrid approach with my character and I only have enough skill points to take 2 branches of CM. Mainly, I'm looking to maximize my effectiveness with DoTs and the other combat part of CM. So, assuming these get fixed, which two branches will help me best? I'm assuming CM Support, but not sure about the second. (I'm buying.. not making.) Does range or speed affect the poisons too?

Anyways, any advice you can give me will be great. I understand it's broken. (Seeing as my other professions were BE and commando, I understand broken.) But, let's just assume it won't always be broken.
