Thread: Poison/Disease strength, effeciancy range etc

I"m new to CM but can some one post the average range of the critical stats for A B C Disease, poison stims etc, area stuff.


I'd just like to get anidea of what the target isfor when i start crafting thanks

Its hard to post an "average" of CM stuff because of the massive variance between servers regarding resources, and the differnce when using advanced components vs regular components.


Some of the required resources for advanced components are EXTREMELY rare, spawning sometimes less than once every 2-3 months, and then only for a few days. And often times the quality of these resources, especially the reactive gasses, are really poor.


So, some servers are lucky to get frequent spawns of good resources, thus they can make really high quality stuff. Some servers are cursed with never seeing some resources, or only getting very bad resources, thus their meds are less powerfull.

Argg, fine can you just list your own stuff them, i'm not gonna flame you if i can't recreate those results just want some numbers to go on

Well, lets see. I dropped CM a month ago....


I remember my best single target Health Poison C - was around 350 effectiveness, ~30m range


AtMaster Combat Medicthat would equal 700 points of damage per tick, at 60meters away.


Thats all I can remember. Area posions were areound 200-250 effectivness.


My diseases always sucked, cause of not being able to find good Insect meat.

My average area C poison is about Potency-100; Effectiveness-160; Range-32m; Area-24. These are made with mainly low quality resources and all advanced components.


Average Area C disease is about Potency-100; Eff-80; Ran-32m; Area-24. Again with lower quality resources but all advanced components.


A, and B's always seemed pretty useless. I never really made any, and the ones i did make I cant remeber what the stats were. I'd just hold off until you can make lvl C poisons/disease.

Ranged Area Poison C's
Potency 100
Effectiveness 179
Area 22
Range (unsure) 24-32

Ranged Area Disease C's
Potency (unsure) 100ish
Effectiveness 85
Area 24
Range (Unsure) 24-32

I'm not at home, so had to rely on most of the numbers from memory. Potency and Effectiveness I'm almost positive on since that's the only stats I experiment for. I use advanced components for 2 of the 3 required. I still am waiting to find Tolium Gas for one of the components.

(I don't worry about ranges, since I'm master doc with full state heals and buffs accompanied by an unhealthy Moun Gold addiction I can often stand toe-to-toe without armor and heal anything tossed at me.)
