Thread: balancing/nerfing and where those thoughts come from!

: The lads that call for balancing are actually calling for a nerf. The ones who get hit by a combat medic weapon have no clue what went into making it.


The ones who cry about a CM nerf YET AGAIN have no clue what goes into making the CM, it is the hardest class to play.


We have to harvest our own resources, then experiment on them, then craft our own weapons. No other class has to do what CM's do prior to bringing our weapons to the battle. We can just level up, buy agun and proclaim outselves MASTERS...


If every PA had a cm dedicated to the class they would be more appreciative to the proffession. As it stands, less than one percet of players choose CM, even less than that CM/DR....


Everyone hates being hit by disease/poisons, but guess what, we hate getting set on fire, or one shot by your pistol.



If we don't get some leadership in the CM proff we are going to be nerf nerf nerfed to death before long....

I reiterate this yet again: Allow the MCMs and MD to be polar opposites. Remove the +1 Cap for CMs and allow MDs to dispense AoE antidotes. They both would become very useful in a group during any battle.

to be a good opposite, CM should have antibuff stuff(debuff or something removing buffs).

Think about the AoE cures..... CM isnt very helpful, leave us along.... Doctors should be allowed to do a lot of things. CM should be allowed to do a lot more things when it comes to poisons. We have a whole skill tree to fill to get good at what we do. Doctors can screw a CM with a cure poison, let along a AoE one. You have to go 2,0,0,0 in Doctor to get cure poison. I can even cure my own poisons when I apply them to someone else. I cured it with a Cure Poison A. Doctors can already cure poison with ease. Why should it be made easier. I say we throw a Cure flame dot with MDR and MCM. We cant incap anyone with our poisons. This thread perfectly explains that Doctors are mad that there outmatched by a CM. *SMILES*


Wouldnt it be cool if we got an AoE cure flame dot. I wonder what the Commandos would think of that. Imagine that though, throwing a bucket of water on everyone.... LMAO

I just posted on the other nerf post in our forumn. One that strikes me is that i dont see the combat in doctor? do they want to be field surgeons? DEVs should make a new profession for that. I'll bring up the old I spend more skill points argument, but these skills points are in a combat profession!! Stop crying about balance at least until after the new combat balances the DEVs are putting in.

Combat Medic has become exasperating. I have found in groups that even when my poisons/diseases are softening up the enemy, and my ranged/aoe stims are keeping the group on its feet, all I hear is :"Man, I wish we had a doctor here..."


I don't get paid for what I do, I bring the group home alive and well. It would be nice to be appreciated.


Funny tho, a guildmate got a holo telling him to master CM..........he was amazed at what it takes, and has a whole new respect for us. Even grouping with him, he never had any idea what we go through or what we're capable of. Those nerf cries need to be put down swiftly, so our prof doesn't get run into the ground.
