you miss read that
ALL ranged stims/poisons/diseases will be capped at 64meters
the EXPERIMENTED range, ie the value the actual stim/poison says on the pack before having the distance modifier applied is capped at 48.why they added that second cap im not sure, as the primary cap has to do with the distance modifier

So, correct me if I'm wrong. You can no longer apply poison beyond the distance of 64 meters.
IE: My base range of 37 Single/Area poison pack no longer has the max applicable range of 74 meters but instead capped at 64 meters just like all weapons, while the Creature Handlers still able to send in their pet to attack me at well beyond the range of 90+ meters. Nice....
i been havin errors with my stims and areas.. the range on them appears to be 1.5x of range listed on the stim.
anyone else noticing any funny problems?
