I'm a Master CM with 100 to CM Effectiveness. I put on a neckalse that gives me a +5 to CM Effectiveness. This puts me at 100/+105 CM Effectiveness.

I did some testing agaisnt some PVE targets and I didnt notice a difference in my mind posions dots. I was using 203 Eff area mind posion and the DOTs were still 406. Even with +5 I should have seen some sort of extra damage according to the formula

1+(CME/100) * BaseEff = DOT Tick

So my question is...is there a cap to the skill?

i think the combat med effec mods are broken

No difference when I wore mine either

However, I quit trying to point this out when people were bidding 250k for them on Flurry. If the didn't listen the first 10 times, would they listen on the eleventh?
