Combat Medic Archive

I've decided to give up my hologrind after Im done with my next profession and settle into a nice PvP template. I want to try out Combat Medic and would like some help with the materials needed to do so:

1) I know ABECs are good to grind for crafting xp and Lokian wheat and Tatooine fiberplast is needed; Im totally inept at harvesting resources though so I have to ask this embarrasing question; What kind of harvesters do I need to get these materials? Im guessing Flora for wheat but W T F is fiberplast?

2) Are there other resources I should start collecting/harvesting for when I master? I'd be interested in knowing what type of harvester setupsa typical CM has going.
