What is the best that i can be as of a cm mixed with a Pistoler Rifleman or a Caribiner please Post what your opinion is here thanks alot.

Combat medic augments each of the ranged professions approximately equally. It might help riflemen a hair less (as riflemen have the highest DPS already), but not exceptionally so. So whatever you would do without combat medic, adding combat medic to the mix will not affect that.

You are best trying to figure out if you want to be a pistoleer, carbineer, or rifleman first, as picking up combat medic will not substantially affect that.

I would have to say definately rifle. At least as it stands right now, don't know how it will be after combat revamp.

I would have to say your the one that compliments cm best is rifle.

HOWEVER, the one that compliments the cm template best is carbineer.

U can get a kray dh17 to very very low spd. so as long as u take 0 3 0 4. U get decent acc, good spd on your weapon, and AoE kd, and mad states from full auto area 1/2.

Im saying carbines is better than rifle in this situation, because doc 4 0 4 0 is simply a must for most pvp situations. Wihtout the ability to heal dots, even the best pvper wont last very long.

and having 26 points to throw into rifleman or pistoleer simply cannot wield the same effect that it can in carbineer.

What i mean is overall what would help best complement cm like anything swordman fancer tka Pitoler. Any of thoe wich would best help me in fighting everythhgin overall!
