do you have to be a master combat medic to halva bomb? or can you be 4004?

Havla is just a food. Anyone can eat it but it only gives attributes to healing time. Poisons and diseases are considered heals, negative heals, so anyone from medic on up through doc and CM can seebonuses from Havla.

but 4004 you won't be doing 1 second...i don't believe...because 0400 is the speed tree.

You need to be master CM to get the fastest output. at 4004 CM ranged speed is 5, at 4404 speed is 75 and at master it's at 100. To be a true "bomber" you need to be master. That being said Havla makes even a 0000 CM throw poisons and area stims noticably faster then without.

But most of the CMs here agree that havla plus poisons/diseases = gamebreaking...and we've petitioned the Devs very strongly to correct that mistake.
