Cheapest advice, harvest the resources yourself.

Find a master doc and give him a sample of all the resources needed to make a schematic for the comps. Then load the schematic in your factory and poof!

There is no way you will be able to compete price wise with other BEs if you buy all of your comps.

I have made many schematics for BEs, takes a couple minutes and they usually tip a couple K for my time.
