Either too smart or too stupid people will come to the conclusion that with Inoculations vs poison/disease coming, combat medic numbers will diminish in PVP. With that conclusion drawn, perhaps the number of people who actually get vaccines before they go out to raid Coronet will drop and CMs will still be as effective (as it were) as they are now.
Perhaps these too smart or too stupid people will also come to THAT conclusion and start getting vaccines again. It's all theoretical at this point but it will be interesting to see how many people actually fall into the meta-game traps that await.
Maybe an interesting way to work this in your favor is to not use any poisons or disease at all for about a month and let the demand for them fall enough so that not every doctor will keep a stack of vaccine handy, thereby making your prey suceptible again.
But then again, I don't know if I'm too smart or too stupid....

I have been known to play magic, good game, but I hate all the players. But that's not limited to just magic or games either, pretty much everything in the world is ruined because of a small group of people.
I know that the things I say will never happen, but it's always fun to dream isn't it??

I used to play magic, played Wake and Tog back when oddeysey was type 2, now its all gone to hell and i sold my cards for like 400 bucks.

See, i dont like your conclusion for one big reason.
doctorA shouts, "Buffing and giving vaccines for 20k. 2500buffs at 3.5 hrs, XXX potency vaccine of XX hrs"
So... I dont see people forgoing vaccines or innculations or whateve they are called.

I personally thought the Oddessey block was slightly overpowered myself but then again I am a White/Green beatdown player so I don't exactly win tournaments, lol. The Mirrodin block is a nice twist to the game atm in myoppinion though.
Oh and as a Doctor and knowing quite a bit of other doctors, it is a very slim chance that will ever happen...unless the specific resources for the inocculations etc are 10x rarer than CM resources, in which we will be at each others throats for them, lol
