i am novice cm. and was wondering what to craft to get to the top level of crafting.

There is a sticky at the top that helps greatly with all new CM questions just like this one. As for crafting and if you just want to get it over with, ABECs in a 5 station macro works well. Buy a pile of resources and sit for a couple hours with a trainer (preferably a PC) nearby but not near a crafting station and you'll have crafting 4 and a dull expression across your face in no time. It's hardly an enjoyable way to spend your afternoon but at least getting the CM med XP is better then tumblers if you want it to be.
