This would be non-venom/bile. Both area and singles. The reason I ask is because apparently a bunch of these types of posts have been removed. At least my posts in these threads have been removed upon searching for them. This is gettingreally bad lately. Why are posts disappearing? Anyway, I really would like to get another one of these threads going.

Sol,
Please elaborate. I have been stuck out of game for about a month. Working on the road. Could you go through a step by step scenario regarding the changes? These changes have not affected PVE right? Also, could you make a comparison to our poisons and disease to cures and buffs and why or why not they would resist/cure or we would hit. I see numbers but no comparisons. Thanks.

There are numbers and tests listed in a few other post but here is a brief rundown.
The inocualtions are designed to always have a chance to be beaten (5%) and seam to follow a formula that appears to function. basically if the innoculation is better then the poison, it is more likely that the poison will not stick. If the poison is better then the innocualtion, it is more likely that the poison will stick. Apparently this is a bit too powerful and will be adjusted in 9.4 .
The Area curesappear to cover anarea larger then the area heals or area poisons. They also do not appear to follow a formula. they just appear to work...everytime. They do not take into account the amount of poison applied (ie stacked) or the power of the tick. It just cures it. The area of the cure will be adjusted to be only slightly larger then the CM area toys in 9.4 . .. . but there is no mention yet of the fact that these area cures, whichare substantialy more powerful then the loot enhanced singles, are being adjusted potency wise.

Many of the problems have been stated before but heres whats wrong.
Innoculations dramaticly increase the chance to resist poisons or diseases. Currently on most servers the innoculation strength is around 200 - 240 resistance. Normal poisons will never stick except for the 5% chance mentioned above. By putting all points into potency a 200 - 240 potency poison has a 45- 50% chance to stick. This leaves very few if any points for effectivness. Innoculation C packs have a second line of defence that reduces the damage even farther.
Area cures require cm made dispersal mechs (slap in the face). Area cures are more powerful then the single target cures. The radious varies from server to server but average is 25 - 30m. CMs when tossing a poison are rooted in place for 4 seconds. Docs can area cure on the move and spam with havla. An A lvl cure can one shot cure a C lvl poison or disease. The funny thing is even if we do land an area poison and manage to pass the innoculation, the area effect of the cure will be larger then the area of effect from the poison.
