Thread: Cap on Eff?

Do combat medics cap on Eff. The reason I ask ios I found a necklace with +5 combat medic Effectiveness. It is some kind of Nyax necklace. Would this be of use to a CM or MCM? If so, how useful.

Cap is 100


As far as I know Nyax Necklaces are borked

the cap is 100, but a non master CM cannot use tapes to increase their effectiveness; the mods are broken.
