Just curious, I've looked around and have been having a difficult time finding Doc sub-components in crates. Yesterday I broke down and started a factory run of my own.

Only thing is that 5 exp points doesn't help a heck of alot.

Just curious about what you all do?

Also, for those of you with vendors, what do you price your stims at?

Just trying to spark some discussion, I'm getting tired of reading same posts over and over.

Yeah, I spoke to him the other day about it. Just waiting for him to do a factory run, but I've not crafted too many stimms before so I'm going to try it a bit myself.

I either get the components or geta docto make a schemy from my resources. I can get them for cheap, too, 'cause when I was a Ranger I made a lot of doc friends.

Make, but I am also a master doc.

Offhand, 5 experimentation point subs will cost you around:

5 charges on the ABEC

15 to 20 power on the ACDRM (or 5 to 10 power on a CDRM)

60 to 70 power on the ALS

None of this is really disastrous for area stim Cs for personal use.

With tons and tons of doctors out there, its not hard to find one to have schematics made.

I pay someone to survey me the site but I do the harvesting. I pay the doctor for a schematic or 2 depending on how much I harvest.

I've used homemade sub-components in the past and they dont come close to comparison with doctor made stuff. 120 liquid suspension vs. 180 liquid suspension makes a huge difference. Plus the less I have to experiment into effectiveness the more I can put into range and area affect.
