Thread: Was using my Vet Reward on this Insect Meat Wise?

I would have got some good sub component materials like Class 1 radio, or Titanium aluminum. Ive got doc so I bought avian, but I was thinking that if there were other CMs that had the same deal, swap resources with the others to get some really high potentcy/effectiveness poisons out there.

DR affects the duration of the poison/disease...but duration is rarely a problem. I would have gone for the highest OQ/PE insect meat in order to get the strongest poison possible.
If you get insect meat, that is.

I'll be honest, I wouldn't have ever chosen that meat using the reward. It does not seem worth it.
If it was in spawn I would definatly have harvested it though. It's interesting in the fact that it has near perfect stats in duration,and itdoesn't suck on effectiveness either. Just as a vetern reward there were probably better choices.

well i thought it wise to get what i think is a good insect meat ..then went /omg self and thought after the fact gettin some fungi :/

nerv, you might be suprised to see how much good/great fungi comes to your server during each cycle. I just took a quick peek on swgcraft to find that there are over 4X 900+ oq in current spawn on my server. Since fungi hits all planets you have much more of a change to get that by just watching the spawns. Now great gas or killer Class 2 is a differnt story. They seem to come well you know....
As for me I'm thinking of using my 30K to get our best herb meat that has spawned. Since I already use all the top resources for my sub comps, I figure that this could put me over the 940+ Heal mark for my 53 use Area stim C's.
