I know this is anoying but........... I am gonna drop tkm(i personally dont like it) and i wanna know if i should do master fencer/master combat medic/novice doc or Master fencer/Master pistoleer, or Master fencer/pistoleer 4044/novice doc

You don't have enough skill points to do your first choice. In fact, even without novice doc, you still can't do it.

By my count, you're 17 SP over. 4004 is the most effective dabbler's template in CM. It would free up 29 points for you.

I sorta want the mind heal tho... I dont know if any of those trees offer it... I could also do master pistoleer w/ combat medic tho which would free some sp up

I would suggest going Master Fencer and 4/4/0/4 CM then. That will give you all the CM mods before Master minus the crafting line, along with the mind heal. Just a bit of advice: Always carry something to boost your mind if you're going to be using mind heal (ex: muon, brandy, etc.). If you don't, you'll find your mind black barred in no time.
