One of the characters on my account has a +25 CM experimentation tape.

CM experimentation no longer exists.

This tape cost 16 million credits, pre-CU

Will the developers switch it out with a different experimentation modifier, so that character can be a different kind of 12pt smith?

Can I please get some Correspondant or Dev feedback on this issue? 16 million credits is a lot to have lost on a now-useless item.

some of us hope they will be fixed

but most of us realize that they will not be fixed any time soon

No word so far but the future looks grim right now.

16million for a +25 pre-CU. Consider yourself lucky as thats a steal. Many of us paid twice that to get our +25 suits

Check the docs prior to CU. SOE "promised" that if you have one of the best weapons in the game you will have one of the best weapons in the game post CU.

Go to the CH forums and ask them about their pets which SOE called their "weapons". They will not fix it, ever. you now have a +25 waste of space.

Yeah, I think they are done with converting pre-cu to post-cu. If it hasn't happened, it's not going to. The armorsmiths have asked similar questions because some of our AS stuff didn't convert and though no one has said it directly to us, the correspondent has told us we were pretty safe on tossing any pre-cu stuff. I think he got a hint that they don't really want to put on the boards!

With something that expensive though, I wouldn't delete it....just in case!

Yeah, i had an uber Acklay 2 handed axe, did 400 max damage Pre CU, it now does 30 base DPS. Thanks SOE
