Assuming you are talking about poison and disease C's, 'good stats' are something like 35+m, 100+ potency. Area poisons will have around 220 effectiveness, individual poisons will have around 310 effectiveness, area diseases will have around 90 effectiveness, and individual diseases will have around 110 effectiveness. You might want to pay more attention to area of effect, but I tend to not really pay attention to it.
There is no way to change the tick speed of poisons and diseases. (This is why people ignore posts saying things like "that disease ticked in 5 seconds" or "OMG, that poison ticked in like 2 seconds".)
Congrats on a disease tick of 600. However, assuming you don't use spider venom (as you are asking about them),keep in mind that the target you hit probably had around 200 BF, so don't get used to disease ticks that high.
If you want to use rancor bile, charges of 125 or 160 are fine. You will find though that the majority of CMs don't use them, as they kills your range. It's all about what you prefer.
Fire spider venom is a loot drop that can be found in the geo cave.It replaces the injection amplifier, and acts like something of a 90 or 150 strength AIA (depending on the venom you are using).
I would recommend taking a look through the FAQ. There is a lot of other useful information listed there too.
