You simply add a spider venom much like you add an advanced injection amplifier.

As for the resources you need, they are all listed in the FAQ. There is no trick to them, nor "best" resources to use. The only condition to crafting is that you need to use a resource which will fit into a slot, as specified in the crafting schematic. After that, the higher the number the better the resource, at a ratio specified in the schematic.
