Thread: No need to Nerf CMs...

There is no need to reduce the damage, accuracy, range, etc. of CMs...instead make it so that diseases and poisons are nondescriminational, that is that your own teammates can get poisoned when hit with area poisons. In this way it would require strategy and planning of attacks as well giving opponents of CMs a fighting chance because now a CM must use discretion. Just my 2 cents.

Sadly, this will never happen, b/c it would be an amazing tool for griefers.


A CM walks into a crowded cantina. He duels his friend and lobs an Area Poison. All of a sudden, everyone in the cantina is poisoned. SOE promised that if people don't want to PvP in this game, they won't have to. Allowing this sort of thing to happen would be to force people into unwanted PvP.

What nuetrals ?? either nuetral CMs or nuetral opponents ?? then the it would have no effect on them or you couldn't affect anyone with them.



Not a very smart idea....though it is a creative idea and did make me chuckle when I read it.
