Ok, I am a CM, and my question is, how do I know what my tick will be on a Poison or a diease? Is it the effectivness x 2? Thats what I heard. Thanks in advance!

Effectiveness the higher the better.

But in PvP scenarios don't forget you want to get through the disesae/poison resist buffs or any jedi natural enhances -- high tick doens't mean anything if you can't get the poison to land.
