Combat Medic Archive

Honestly wahts the difference between the two, i still dont get it, and if i have doctor/combat medic both masters how much will the difference be?

i haven't been CM for a long time, but this is what I've learned. its your role in a group that distinguishes Doc/CM.

they heal almost as well as Docs, but:

CM is more of an offensive profession. Apply states to weaken opposing MOBs/Players. Healing is good, but you don't have much beyond that to support your group members. If CM is your primary prof, then you need to run in, apply some states/dots and then get out and heal yourself up. Let Docs/Jedi Healers concentrate on the other group members.

Doc is more of a support profession. Your job is to defend yourself and mostly hang back and support your group. Remove states to make your group members less vulnerable and keep them buffed/infused and healed.

That's what I've learned so far.
