I was wondering which proffesion I should go through. I am going to be a master carbineer so the buffs would really help, but I also really like the poisons and diseases that combat medics can throw. Any advice?

question -- are you mostly interested in PVP or PVE, solo or grouping, crafting or not crafting?

If you master carbine, and want a little of both and can find someone to sell you meds and poisons, you could be a 0340 doc (with revive and buffs), and a 4004 CM. That would be a good combination for soloing and you'd have pretty good med use ability and effectiveness.

If you are more into PVP or grouping, it's probably better to pick one. Figure out who you group with most (or what guild you want to join) and pick the skill set they need the most. If your guild has 10 doctors and only 2 CMs, the answer would be pretty obvious

After looking around the forums some more I pretty much decided on Combat Medic. I want to be good a PvP and I like the poisons and diseases. Thanks for the advice

Good question

suppose you are unguilded ...and like soloing ? and have some marksmanship and ch ? would combat medic still be the option or doctor? I would think doctor for the buffs ?
