Thread: Whats the point of having Area stims, and not being able to use them?

I'm just darn ticked that evertime I try to use a dang area heal (im master btw), I get a message saying that I can't do that action to the target, then I heal 1 or two people randomly in the group, all without using a stim. Anyone else having this problem, or know of a way to fix it? Thank you.

I had a similar problem last night when I was was a "Combat Medic" for the first time. I was standing 5m away from a non-moving groupmember who was taking a beating from a Sharnaff.
I calmly pushed the button to use my AreaStimpackB, and it said "That target is out of range." He had to stim himself to stop from going down. I got that message everytime I tried to areastim that guy. Then when I used an areastim on someone else in the group, it let me start healing him again. It was not cool.

I've had that happen a couple of times too... often with the area stims it seems that the target doesn't get healed but others do, sometimes no one does. Dunno how to stop it tho I'm afraid.
