Thread: Mind medicine???
Don't think so. Mind Heal is my next box, but I don't think it requires any meds...it's kind of like QuickHeal ability in medic...Fast heal of the mind bar, but you suffer pretty bad wounds to your mind pool.
You also cannot heal yourself.

There is a drop loot item that has the ability to heal mind damage. I have seen it twice in 6 months with last Tuesday night being the latest. It had 5 charges and healed around 100 Mind damage. I got it from an Imperial officer while doing faction missions.

Couldn't agree more. Doesn't quite make sense to give a ranged healing profession a non-ranged healing ability that's only in that non-ranged form. I usually tell people in PvE that they aren't going to get a mind heal until they're incapped. In PvP getting the mind heal in just doesn't tend to happen anyways.

I agree that there should be a ranged mind healing ability just like with health and action, but did you ever think to use /drag and the incapped fighter, then heal him/her? We can drag from 30m away.
There's no guarantee of that, mind you, but I can almost guarantee that a more useful mind healing skill will be put into the game. My guess is that there is no real reason not to just put the code right back into all of the stims the way they used to be in Beta. In which case we would not need to do anything different, or stims will simply heal mind along with health and action in the same ways.
The only meds in game, that I know of, that is a stim and heals mind are the ones you get when, in character creation, you choose Novice Medic as your starting class. They are stim a's, 5 uses, heals 50health, 50action, and 50mind. I've heard of loot that heals it also, but I have never seen any.
