I know that no one can answer this with total surety yet- I'm just looking for your best guess.
Do you guys think the crowd control elements ofCombat MedicandSmuggler will stack at all? For example, the slowing or state resist debuff meds in conjunction with attacks from the Smuggler tree with similar effects.
I'm trying to decide whether these two professions could combine to make the ultimate crowd control template, or whether a stacking problem with make them redundant and not a very viable option.
Thanks in advance.

If they do stack, that would look like a decent profession, the only possible error, is that there are no defences associated with it. Either way, it sounds like some fun to play, and I will have to try it out on TC5.

Personally I'm looking at doing CM and Pikes for good Crowd Control. That gives you good defenses and staying power as well as the debuffs of your oponents. IMO a better choice then Smuggler

Unless something is added then the only mezz/daze we get is "paralyze" which is essentially the same thing as "warcry". Medically applied point blank the victim is frozen for a very short period until someone hits it for damage.
In PvP or PvE this is an emergency stall and retreat move when for being rushed by melee or animal NPC's. When the abilities were first working on TC the timer on it was only a few seconds. Whether or not that stays the same when they release the elite profession is yet to be seen.
