I keep hearing this term in relation to the test center... what exactly are they?

they are located outside most starports, they dont really do much at the moment or didnt when i was on the TC on sunday. when fully operational they give buffs,money,weapons, armour, resources, deeds, pets all sorts really

Their offical name is "Character Builder Terminal" but since they kind of look like a frog and are blue people just call them blue frogs.

When fully operational, they will also live up to the "character builder" name and allow you to learn skills without having to grind xp up front. This will probably be enabled as soon as the progression of new players through the levels has been tested, so varying effects of stacking professions can be tested in a short time.

Are they operational on the regular test center, or just the CU test center? Can you use them to get force exp?
