Combat Medic Archive

Can anyone tell me if CM's are single target or still AOE in the CU? From the descriptions of the skills on test centre I cannot tell if they are single target or AOE at the higher levels ( haven't gotten that far )

Any info regarding this would be appreciated, thank you.
