And people say they never listen! /Cheer
Wonder what will happen to the nifty pistol though. Will it stay or will it go?

Ah... I saw it was in the voting thread allready, oh well. Good news deserves a thread of it's own.

And Gnuut, if you read this, welcome home. How's your daughter shaping up?

If they remove the hunting IV requirement for BE, then you will be able to get a ranged Master Prof, Master CM, and the 0004 BE to be able to craft your own stuff. As it is right now, its 11 points too many I think.

My daughter is doing great. She is becoming quite the little poo-flinger herself. She 3-capped me the other day with some stinkyness but what can I say? hehe I won't be coming back in full force but I will be on more often than I have been in the past year.

I'm happy to see that some of the stuff I wanted for the CM profession has come to pass (lowered point cost, defenses being added, etc) but I don't like to see us losing our crafting.

You must be proud

The removal of crafting perplexes me, I don't think I've ever met a CM that is unhappy with the crrafting aspect of the job. Unhappy with the resource requirements, yes. But there is a satisfaction to be had by crafting your own weapons.
We'll have to see how CM fares in battle now though. Perhaps with the new gun and the new skills we won't be needing a elite combat master to be effective? The points needed to get the CM crafting line from BE might be aviable.
