Anytime
Before buying any tapes wait how they convert with CU. There is no CM effectiveness post-CU anymore, CMs will have mods like bio-suppression efficiency and such.

I see... I'mthinking that CM Effectiveness will convert into Medical Warfare Efficiency. IMO,these 2 terms have the same meaning, only phrased a different way.

I thought CM exp would convert into med exp because thats the closest mod post-CU and would actually allow 12pt CMs to continue with BE 0004. Yet CM exp is not convert at all is it stands right now (TC3 and TC4 conversion reports).

Just to clarify, currently the CM effectiveness tapes do NOT work. The guide is wrong on that one. The mod itself is a working one, but the tapes don't work.

As far as I know the tapes work for non-masters, since they are not capped, but masters dont get a bonus because they already reached the cap with profession-enabled skills.

Not the case. They just plain don't work. These have been tested extensively, by many people (including myself). They don't work, for anyone.
