I am a rifleman and constantly short on mind, i was woundering if it is worth going to CM wound treat speed 4 for the mind tend ability.

Do you mean you can't use this ability on yourself? I "target" myself all the time, then again, I tend to extensively customize my keyset to my likeing and one of the things i change is making it so I can target myself. However, if you can't use this ability on yourself that is very good info to know about.

personally the ability to heal the mind should only be given to Master Combat Medics. My two cents.
