before you buy anything just try out your new specials. You can now do all your CM attacks and heals without any meds whatsoever. Use those, practice, notice the ticks and what not. If you have old meds or poisons they will have been converted to the new stuff, use those by putting them in your toolbar and selecting them in combat. Notice what they do. I only say this because it is good to know what kind of enhancers you will need. Enhancers do exactly what they say, so for most of your CM attacks and heals you can buy enhancers that will boost the effect for the number of charges they have, just like the old days. the trick is you have to actually click on the enhancer as it will not automatically default to one of your enhancers. There are lots of enhancers that were converted and are now pretty useless, remember just because it is an enhancer doesnt mean it is any good, you need to see where your base stats are falling in your attacks without enhancers and then buy ones that are higher. You will see lots of crummy enhancers on sale on the bazaar and will probably find that most of your converted enhancers are not very good. BEs do all the med crafting now so find a good one and make nice.
