Thread: CM Efficiency SEAs: What do they do?

I have a collection of armor and clothing attachments for CM and Doc, such as Bio-Suppression Effeciency, Medical Warfare Efficiency, Healing Efficiency, Ranged Healing Speed, etc.....
What does the 'Efficiency' mod actually do for me?
I figure the Healing Speed ones reduce the cool down time, but I don't know the tangible benifit of having that higher Efficiency modification.
Sorry if this has been explained many times before, I just haven't found the thread(s) that do the explaining.
OH, one other question, i have tried to use my thyroid rupture, MANY times, and it has never stuck, not even once.....and I'm sure I'm in range.....any help on this would be appreciated. Some people cry nerf, I'd just like it to stick once in a while.

Thanks for the info so far, especially about the Ranged Healing Speed not working.
I understand what each of the mods are, Ihave CM in my template, but what I would like to know, do they increase the speed at which I can use my debuffs, or do they increase my chance to hit with them, or do they make using my debuffs cost me less Mind and Action? And to what extent do they help? Does anyone have any empirical numbers on these mods?
Same with the healing efficiency....does it make my healing faster, or less likely to break a sweat, or what?

bio sup are the de-buffs (para, t-rup)
med warfare are the dots (fire, poison)

ranged healing speed = usless old broken skill
everything else you mentioned will work ![]()

Is there anyone that can comment on the difference(s) he/she has noticed having CA's/AA's with +25 to Med. Warfare
Efficiency and Bio-Supp. Efficiency? I recently aquired enough to be capped on these 2 stats, but my Master CM acct
won't be up and running for a week. Thanks

medical warefare - enhance's sticky rate(and yes it does work)
bio-supp - suposed to enhance duratin.. i do not have actuall yes or no on this one yet... still need to do testin to be sure

my thyroid rupture never, ever, never, never, not once sticks.....is it broken or do i need more bio-suppression or med warfare efficiency for it to stick?
and does med warfare mod help the debuffs and snares that are in the bio-suppression trees?

no med warfare only effects dot's
and as to why your thyroid isn't sticking... how much CM do you have?

I only have 0004 cm, so my mods are not good, at all....but, my snare sticks every single time,while my thyroid never ever sticks, eeeeever. Im collecting bio-suppression tapes to boost my mods +25, I won't mess with med warfare.

must be within 10m.
must be able to "see" your target.
It will stick, test it on a friend with a friendly duel.

Yes, The first thyroid rupture you get is broken i tired it a million times ine a friendly duel. My toon just stood there adn didnt do the action. But once i got the improved one it started to work.
