Combat Medic Archive

How wouldnon-adv cm components (dispersal,resilence,infection) made with very high quality resources compare to adv cm components made with low quality resources?

I'm just wondering if its worth my time to mine the non-adv component's required resources.

Depends on what you are doing with the final results...for grinding the XP I say no...but for serious use (for Disease C's etc.) I say it is almost a must. Here is how i do it. When a resource spawns, I hoard it (1-5 million units) which is easy to do with a few heavies and a few friends. Then slowly work your way to a full resource batch. Each adv. comp you use will help you a ton, but the most important for upper lvl Dot's are the Infection Amp's. I see marked differences across the board with and without them.
