just curious as to what this stat boosts...damage of our dots? duration? chance to apply successfully (my guess)

any ideas? (just got a +25 tape, wodnering what i can expect)

i believe medical warefare was dots...

bio suppresion was debuffs

and healing efficency doesn't need clarification

yeah but duration or increased damage? or speed of ticks?

well duration does not change on dots....

damage is same unless you have enhancers from what i have seen....

and speed remains same....

what it does change from my POV is the sticky rate... increases chance of a succesfull toss

cool, it fails pretty often post-cu so that'd be a nice boost

ive yet to not get a toss to stick....

i use 1200 effect and am a master lol
