Are there any healing 'armor' attachments?

Being a wookiee, I've got 4 pieces of armor - so I'm finding it difficult to mix-up something in my gear that qualifies for the 'clothing' attachments that have healing efficiency on them.

I played everquest long enough to know that focus effects are important - this seems to be the SWG-equivalent of that.

Also - feel free to weigh in on whehter they're worth the hassle..
