start with instant stim D (60 second timer)and no mind cost

then it depends if you dont mind staying still or you are moving--if you are moving away use bacta shot or spray (no root for heal) otherwise use bacta toss (momentary movement root)

bacta toss and spray are on 15sec timers where as the lower heal bacta shot is 6sec

so stagger accordingly

enhancers are only available for toss and spray, not shot
