ive used it a couple times but i always saw by the time i decided to use my next move it was already blicking off the target, but then again im slow sometimes lol

How long does it last?

I am having a devil of time deciding between 4/0/0/0 cm and 0/0/04 cm. (that's all the sp i have left for)
