Combat Medic Archive

I am novice doctor right now. I like it alot now here is what i am trying to figure out.

Should I go Master Doc. Master CM. and up to pistol specialist 4 points left

or

Should I go Master CM. Wound treat 4 and mdeic crafting 4 in doc line. and novice pistoleer and some points left to put whatever i feel like at the time.

Factors that do not weigh in are healing prep such as harvesting stuff and making medicine. I do not necessarily want to be a powerhouse fighting would be nice. would specialist be ok or would novice pistoleer be a little bit better?
