Does just the organic and inorganic componants in the last step of the Kit matter? Or does liquid,Biological, and chemical dispenser's quality ingrediants matter also?

I think Everything matters, from the quality of raw ressources to every composite part you add for the end product. But, you ll lose your time badly trying to refine the whole chain, usually going on experiment for the end item works well enough if you got good quality ressources on all the chain.

experimentation on components is crucial to making good packs...
if you increase the effective on the components you will see a huge boost in heal values
