Combat Medic Archive

As we gain move skills, and make our way to the top of the CM line (Master combat medic) we need to be able to land posions and diseases more often.

I dont see why we have a same chance to land a posion as a novice as we do as a master.

It all depends on potency which is messed up.

It all depends on how you expirament. C poisons have far more potency then A's by default anyways.
