Does medicine use stack. Can i use doctors res kits with master combat medic and doctor at 0/4/0/0.

Medics and Doctors share medicine use. Combat Medics have their own special combat medicine use.
The good news, a doctor who makes rez kits can easily experiment down the med use to a level that a novice doctor with 0,4,0,0 can use them.

uhh, try reading that again, CM's DONT share use skills with Docs,
HOWEVER
Rez kits only have a med use requirement of 55ish or so, which is novice Doc. So all you need is the skill from master wound treatment (0/4/0/0) and you will be set.
