What is needed in order to use action poison C units, I currently have 0004, what other bars should i get next so that i can use them

UsuallyPoison and DiseaseC requires Master

It all depends on the med use. See what your combat medicine use is at 0-0-0-4 and ask a MCM to craft you some poison Cs that are experimented down for use until you get master.
