What do you allmake to grind these boxes? I've been doing adv bio controllers... just curious if there is anything faster.

if you can find the resouces adv infection controllers give 120xp in pratice mode.

I just did regular BECs all the way up. Took me about 5 hours with 4 stations. I could have done it faster but I was chatting the whole time as well. Popped out out every 5-6 seconds.
