I met a master cm/master rifleman once. After he made master rifleman, he dropped cm. Right now head shot is more powerful than eyeshot ever was. Stun based Jawa Ion rifles go right through non-stun layered composite. On my server it is a bit hard to get stun resistant armor. I would expect them to be nerfed though. The devs are nerfing Pikeman and Swordsman by cutting their damage by 45%. Lol, who knows what they have in store for Rifleman.....

Did he mention why he dropped MCM? Was it that it didnt compliment master rifle much?

I'm not far off master rifles now and find that the further I go up this class, the less I use my poisons - the reason that your friend dropped mcm is probably due to the fact that a sharpshooter can drain someone's mind pool faster than any poison out there, although for large scale pvp I could never be without my aoe cs.

As far as the rifle nerf mentioned above, I thought that swordsman and pikes were just nerfed via this new single bleed rule, not a direct nerf to their class or anything? If anything is done to rifles I think it'll just be a slight reduction in speed and maybe the stripping of some of the defences we get (well I hope).

I am a Master CM and also going up Rifleman. 4,0,0,4 Rifle to be exact. You can PvP with MCM. Its all about tactics. If your on your own dont throw any AoE poisons or Diseases. If you do remember to burst run ight afterwards. Beacuse your radar will go completely Red. Especially if your a Reb in Theed. If you got a good group it wont matter. For solo I like to drop a mind disease then go for my Mind bleed macro. Stacking Mind Bleed 1 and 2. Then Headshot 1and 2. Then I heal myself. Run after the guy throw a poison for safe measure and finish with a sniper shot. Mind you this is a best case scenario. BTW our poisons and diseases are perfect for the track runner trying to bleed you. Missing is impossible and them resisting is low.

Ok Now on the Topic, Master Rifleman and MCM is a Good Combo...But like Cakins Already said....You will probably end up droping CM after you get some of those Nice Rifleman head shots
